Pre-Approvals – Do I need one?

YES!!  The Pre-Approval process would take in consideration your income, assets and credit rating in order to inform you (and ultimately your seller), that the loan amount and terms you are seeking are within your capabilities. Due to the recent changes and the overall complexity of the mortgage industry, we highly recommend a detailed consultation with a qualified lender prior to looking at homes for sale. You deserve it …

I love water. I was 4 years old when I first realized I was a fish. Today, I’m 58 and I can sit in a pool, spa, hot tub, bath tub, or the ocean all day long and do it again the very next day. It is who I am. I’m healthy…and I promote health and my efforts pay off by providing me with a wonderful water environment and a wonderful life. You’re bathers and you deserve a healthy and safe environment providing you with exercise and stretching, good health, peace of mind, freedom, therapy, spirituality, tranquility, escape, simplicity, authenticity, open air and soothing water that allows you to de-stress, create ‘new’ memories with relatives and friends while building and strengthening existing relationships. I deserve it and you deserve it too… Continue reading Gorlin Pools and Spas
