Spring is in the air. With such a mild winter, it seems ridiculous to long for the warmer weather, but I do. I’m anxious to have the trees budding, flowers blooming and birds singing.

The last few months our staff has been exhaustingly coordinating the 3rd Annual Head to Toe Women’s Expo. And what an amazing job they’ve done. (See Pages 34-35 for more details). We’ll be giving away lots of door prizes; there’ll be food samples from local restaurants, massage sessions, health screenings, give-aways and so much more.
